Many dogs do bark when their have visitors, Some dogs barks to get the attention of the owners as their water container is run out of water or somethings is wrong with the foods. For outdoors dogs it needs shady place when the sun is very hot or needs a warm place during winter. I come a across an incident when the dog keeps barking for a few days because there is a snake visitor inside the house compounds. The owner try to control the dog from barking but is only a while. Then its start to bark again until the dog takes the owner to the snake hide holes. Only when the snake is catch the barking stop.
If the barking is still going on because somebody might had scared the dog in the beginning, then a bark collar is to be used. A bark collar is to control the dog from barking, it is safe and effective. Most owners do not want to hurts their dog , they used a citronella anti bark collar on their dogs.
